FAQ’s

  • How does your work differ from other practitioners?

When doing energy & intuitive work, the information that we are receiving is run through our own filter that is based on our life experiences. My shamanic work and background brings forth information and opportunities to heal on the soul level. The animals typically provide deep, cosmic information around their reasons for incarnating in their current body at this time. They often share their gifts to humanity and to their people. Do not be surprised at the deep wisdom that animals can provide their human counterparts! It is often illuminating and heart opening!

  • How do remote sessions work?

Animals are deeply sensitive, sentient beings that communicate using images, energy and sensations. Energy work can easily be done remotely as there is no boundary between space and time. It is actually my preferred way to connect with animals. I drop into a meditative state and connect with your animal. Doing the sessions remotely allows me to be in an ideal environment to access your animal’s wisdom and messages. In my minds eye, I can see images, feel emotions and will often get in depth messages that I will transcribe and send to you.

  • Do I have to be with my animal during the session?

Nope! Since we are using our intuition and energy to connect, being in person is not necessary. I ask that if you would like to be with your animal during our session, that you allow them to be in their stall, paddock or turnout and that they not be in work. Animals can multitask and communicate while relaxing, eating or sleeping. I ask that your horse not be ridden or worked during our session.

  • Do I need to do anything to prepare?

The main thing is an open heart and mind.

For animal sessions, giving your animal consent to communicate is helpful. You can give them permission to speak freely or you can set boundaries around the information you would like shared.

For human sessions, please take some time to set some intentions around what you would like from the session.

  • Do you offer rush or emergency sessions?

Yes, these appointment are considered a rush/emergency if they are needed before my next availability on my scheduling calendar. You can email me directly at dr.rainwatersdc@gmail.com **These sessions are booked at 1.5x the normal rate**

  • What information do need for the session?

    For your animal’s session:

    • I ask that you submit a picture of your animal with their eyes visible.

    • Please provide any relevant background information that relates to your animal.

    • I kindly ask that this info be provided 24 hours to the session start time.

    For Human Healing sessions:

    • Currently all sessions are being done over Zoom. An audio recording of your session will be provided after the session.

    • I will let you know prior to the session if there is anything you will need to bring to the session.

    • You will need to be in a comfortable position, either seated or lying.

  • What can the sessions be used for?

    • A deeper understanding of your animal, yourself & your relationship.

    • The relationship journey you are on with your animal.

    • The innate wisdom and gifts that you and/or your animal carry.

    • Addressing behavior and health issues.

    • Tapping into your hearts desire.

    • Working through blocks, trauma or fears.

    • Creating harmony between you and your animal.

    • Creating your ideal life.

    • Relaying important messages & updates to your animal.

    • Asking questions and asking for feedback from your animal.
