Disclaimer. This Site and any purchased classes, services, clinics or events are focused on breathwork and
energy healing sessions between humans and their animals rather than serving as professional animal health
services. Any information offered on this Site is not to be considered a substitute for professional veterinary
services, diagnosis or treatment that can be provided by a licensed veterinarian or other professional trained to
treat animals. You are encouraged to make healthcare decisions regarding your horses based upon your research
and in partnership with your veterinarian. Tracy Rainwaters, LLC is unable to address any specific medical
concerns. There is no legal veterinary relationship formed from this Site or any of its contents.
Similarly, the information provided in or through the Site is not intended to be a substitute for professional
medical advice, diagnosis or treatment that can be provided by your Medical Provider (including
doctor/physician, nurse, physician’s assistant, or any other health professional), Mental Health Provider
(including psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, counselor, or social worker), or other professional. You are

REMEDY RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

OTHER DAMAGES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING
TO THE SITE, YOUR SITE USE, OR THE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF
SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE AND/OR
CONTENT IS TO CEASE ALL OF YOUR SITE USE.
Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Tracy Rainwaters, LLC makes no guarantees, representations
or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the Site. Notwithstanding any damages
that you may incur, Tracy Rainwaters, LLC’s entire liability under this Agreement, and your exclusive remedy,
shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to Tracy Rainwaters LLC under this Agreement for all
Services rendered through and including the expiration or termination date. NO ACTION SHALL BE
BROUGHT FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT MORE THAN
ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE ACCRUAL OF SUCH CAUSE OF ACTION.
10. Use of Information. Tracy Rainwaters, LLC reserves the right, and you authorize us, to use and assign all
information regarding site uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our
Privacy Policy.
11. Copyrights and Copyright Agent. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes
copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have otherwise been violated, please provide a

12. Applicable Law. You agree that the laws of the state of Washington, without regard to conflicts of laws
provisions will govern these Terms and Condition of Use and any dispute that may arise between you and
Tracy Rainwaters, LLC or its affiliates.
13. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be
unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that
this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
14. Waiver. The failure of Tracy Rainwaters, LLC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement
shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of this Agreement by Tracy Rainwaters,
LLC must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Tracy Rainwaters, LLC.
15. Termination. Tracy Rainwaters, LLC may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for
any reason.

16. Relationship of the Parties. Nothing contained in this Agreement or your use of the Site shall be construed to
constitute either party as a partner, joint venturer, employee or agent of the other party, nor shall either party
hold itself out as such. Neither party has any right or authority to incur, assume or create, in writing or
otherwise, any warranty, liability or other obligation of any kind, express or implied, in the name of or on
behalf of the other party, it being intended by both parties that each shall remain independent contractors
responsible for its own action.
17. Entire Agreement. This Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and Tracy Rainwaters,
